Brief Bio
Associate Professor of management at the Faculty of Management and Communication of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland. Her research revolves around organizational phenomena, crowdsourcing, and organizational learning. In particular, crowdsourcing at various levels of analysis and in various empirical settings has recently attracted his attention. For these studies, she uses in-depth quantitative and qualitative approaches, but also quantitative data analysis techniques. Principal investigator and participant in eight national and international research projects. She managed research projects financed by the European Union, the Ministry of Science and Social Education, and the National Science Centre (OPUS, UMO-2019/35/B/HS4/01446: Behavioral antecedents of scientific crowdsourcing: academic teachers’ perspective; SONATA, UMO-2016/21/D/HS4/01791: Crowdsourcing and organizational learning - public organizations' perspective). Reviewer and member of the Editorial Board of many recognized scientific journals and scientific conferences in Poland and in the world (Scopus, Web of Science). She is the editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Contemporary Management, as well as a member of the editorial board of The Innovation Journal: The Public Sector Innovation Journal, Business and Management Studies. She participates in the work of international and national academic associations: European Group for Organizational Studies, Social Science and Humanities Research Association Eurasia Research, International Society for Professional Innovation Management, European Citizen Science Association, Polish Economic Society, and Scientific Society for Organization and Management. Scholarships of Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding achievements (2019-2022). For the organizational achievements, she received a total of 4 Awards of the Jagiellonian University’s Rector in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 (annually from the moment of employment).

SCOPE

Web 2.0 tools facilitate knowledge activities such as acquiring, creating, organizing, sharing and saving knowledge. In addition to social media, conceptual models as well as technological or practical methods adhering to the Web 2.0 principles are important when seeking to raise a public organisation's visibility, communication, collaboration. This Session seeks research looking at Web 2.0 models, methods and tools in Knowledge Management in order to support public organisation.

After thorough reviewing by the special session program committee, all accepted papers will be published in a special section of the conference proceedings book - under an ISBN reference and on digital support - and submitted for indexation by Web of Science / Conference Proceedings Citation Index, DBLP, SCOPUS and EI.
